Alumni Group

YoCO doesn't stop after completing the programme! 

 

Once a member of YoCO, you are a member for life with access to external support and a chance to help YoCO by encouraging new YoCO members as young leaders within the groups. 

 

YoCO “Graduates” are able to join the Alumni Group which offers a support network for YoCO young people as they continue to transform their futures.  Alumni have benefitted from: 

​

  • becoming YoCO Ambassadors or YoCO Young Leaders (trained by Oxfordshire Youth). 

  • creating CVs or completing applications for education courses, apprenticeships, work experience and employment.

  • facilitating interview practice or mentoring.

  • encouraging contribution back to their communities through volunteering.

​

YoCO Alumni can now also complete their Silver and Gold Duke of Edinburgh awards when they become Young Leaders.

Coming Soon: Alumni Group - Members Only Area! 

Working with YoCO partners and supporters, the Alumni Group page will offer members: 

​

  • work experience or apprenticeship positions

  • guidance from a mentor 

  • support with preparing for employment or further education

  • volunteering opportunities
